Main characteristics of this machine tools

★The machine tools body is casted by cast iron with compact structure, good stability and strong rigidity.
★Setting and adjustment of machine tools parameters adopt touch screen. Human-machine dialogue can be realized. The operation is intuitive and convenient.
★Feed and reciprocating motion of machine tools adopt Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor to drive ball screws to move through coupling. The guide rail adopts criss-cross steel rolling rail which is of high accuracy and good rigidity.
★The machine tool adopts fully-closed shell to ensure use security.
★As for clamping of machine tools work piece, several fixtures are available for user to select such as three-jaw chuck, pneumatic fixture, hydraulic fixture and diaphragm fixture.
★Grinding wheel spindle for grinding adopts high-speed motorized spindle and is controlled by static frequency converter, so as to realize stepless adjustment.
