Machine Features:
1、Horizontal structure, each linear axis adopts stepping motor with ball screw drive,loaded backing device adopts magneticparticle brake, Y-axis equipped with balance device and interlocking device.The machine has high-rigid and high-stability;
2、Equipped with linear scale and digital meter on each linear axis to diplay coordnate in real time,easy of operation;
3、Random software to simplify the calculating prperations of non-orthogonal sipral bevel gearset testing (option).
Functional Configurations:
1、Stepless speed for two-way of pinion spindle and display in real time;
2、Two-way of gear spinlde loaded, torque stepless adjustment and braking is stable;
3、Independent measuring system with coordinates display in real time;
4、Mannual centralized lubrication system;
5、Horizontal and vertical wheel location adjustment and configuration with digital display.
